Ordering & Payment
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then visit our Returns and Exchanges portal.
Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and gift cards. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.
We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.
Prices on the site are in USD.
The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from CAD to USD.
Additionally, your credit card company may charge you an international transaction fee for these orders. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.
Shipping
We currently ship everywhere in the US and Canada. Our goal is to expand our list of countries that we ship to. Check back from time to time to see if we’ve added your country to the list.
Orders over $150 placed during our Pre Order Event will ship free of charge in the continental U.S until June 30,2023. After that date, orders over $200 will ship for free in the continental U.S For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada (not including duty and taxes), these rates can be calculated on our shipping calculator.
We’re unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country.
We offer both USPS International Priority and UPS International shipping. These rates can be calculated on our shipping calculator. Shipping rates exclude all duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you would like to return your order, please email us info@kyurmd.com to start the process.
Orders are processed at the end of each business day. The warehouse is closed on weekends and national holidays, so any orders placed on those days will be processed on the next business day.
If you requested custom embroidery on your scrub top, this can take up to 7 business days depending on volume. Once your item(s) are completed your package will ship in 2-3 business days. Shipping time will depend on your location.Â
YES. Because we ship with USPS, we are able to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
Returns
KYUR offers easy returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at kyurmd.com. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the original packaging and tags. Items with custom embroidery cannot be exchanged or refunded.

3. Return for a refund back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please select an eGift Card as your refund option instead. Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once the item has been delivered to our warehouse.
If you would like to exchange for a different product, you can return your item for an eGift Card to purchase another item on our website. We will begin processing your new order, email your eGift Card or issue a refund as soon we receive your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. All International Sales Are Final.
Physical and e-gift cards are not refundable and cannot be changed or canceled.
The complexity of the global tariff system all international orders are final and are not eligible for return. If you live internationally and feel you have extenuating circumstances for a return, please email us info@kyurmd.com

Product
Our pants have a modern fit—they are not slim or baggy. The fit is engineered to provide the ultimate comfort while working. The waist sits on traditionally whereas the thigh is made with a bit more room while the calf has a more tailored fit. The men’s inseam length is 32”. Correspondingly, the women’s inseam length is 30”.
Using a measuring tape, measure the length from your crotch to just below your ankle bone. Our inseams are measured/finished according to industry standard.
Simply put, better products cost more. For years the major brands in the scrub industry have been chasing cheap manufacturing, fabrics and trims all over the world to achieve the lowest possible price point. In doing this they overlooked the fact that First Responders NEED high performance gear so they can do their life-saving work. To that end we obsess every design detail and don't spare any expense to make the highest performing medical apparel in the world—and our customers agree!
Warranty
We take pride in the products we make and stand behind the quality and workmanship. As such, Kyur® garments are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

Repairs
Please contact us at info@kyurmd.com to get a return authorization started. Tell us what happened so that we can let you know where to send it. Please ensure that the garment has been freshly laundered. Soiled items will be returned at customer’s expense.
We try our best to service and repair our products as soon as possible however during peak times it can take up to 8 weeks to process your repair.
We do not charge for repairs.
