Dr. James E. Voos completed his Orthopaedic Residency and Sports Medicine Fellowship at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. With over a decade of experience as the Head Team Physician for the NFL Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Ballet, Dr. Voos has demonstrated expertise in managing the health and performance of elite athletes. He holds the Jack & Mary Herrick Distinguished Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery atUniversity Hospitals Cleveland where he also spearheaded the development of the UH Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute. In 2024, Dr. Voos was appointed President of the NationalFootball League Physicians Society and was named one of the top five sports medicine power players in the United States byBecker's Review. With over 120 peer-reviewed publications focusing on groundbreaking topics such as stem cell applications, wearable technology, andACL reconstruction, Dr. Voos is recognized as a prolific researcher and innovator. In addition to his clinical and research contributions he is also an active member of the Young ProfessionalsOrganization, reflecting his commitment to fostering collaboration and leadership across industries.

Dr. Ross Berkeley, MD

Dr. Berkeley is a professor and Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. As Program Director of the emergency medicine residency and Director of Education & Quality, Dr. Berkeley is shaping the future of emergency medicine with a relentless drive to innovate and inspire.But Dr. Berkeley’s influence doesn’t stop at the hospital doors. He brings his expertise to the front lines as a tactical physician forthe Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department SWAT Team, advises on emergency medical services for the Lake Mead National Recreation Area, and directs EMS education for theCollege of Southern Nevada’s paramedic program. As an NFL Unaffiliated Neurotrauma Consultant, he ensures player safety for the Las Vegas Raiders.Honored as an ‘EducatorHealthcare Hero’ and ‘Hero of Emergency Medicine’ by the American College of EmergencyPhysicians, and two Mitchell Goldman Service Awards from the American Academy ofEmergency Medicine. Dr. Erinne Branter, MD

Board Certified Veterinary Internist at Advanced Critical Care, Co-founder Westcoast Animal Veterinary Emergency Specialty Hospital (WAVES)

Dr. Branter is a highly innovative, entrepreneurial, and passionate veterinarian dedicated to advancing patient care. A native of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria before pursuing her veterinary education at the University of Melbourne in Australia, where she graduated with Honors in 2006. Following veterinary school, Dr. Branter completed a rigorous small animal rotating surgical and medicine internship at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan, New York. She further honed her expertise with a three-year small animal internal medicine residency at the University ofWisconsin-Madison, achieving board certification in 2011. During this time, she developed a keen interest in Interventional Radiology (IR) and Interventional Endoscopy (IE), leading her to complete the first-ever year-long, full-time IR/IE Fellowship at the AnimalMedical Center inNYC.Dr. Branter’s career includes leading a full-time Interventional Radiology department inLos Angeles for four years, where she pioneered advanced treatments for small animals. She later became a founding member of WAVES hospital inVictoria, B.C, where she established and led the internal medicine and Interventional Radiology/Endoscopy departments, setting new standards for patient care and innovation in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Adam J. Rubinstein, MD

Board Certified by American Board of Plastic Surgery, and clinical faculty for the Cleveland Clinic Plastic Surgery Residency Program in Florida

Dr. Rubinstein is an award-winning plastic surgeon whose skills are sought out by patients from around the world. His is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has trained with the world’s eminent surgeons at the forefront of developing techniques for plastic surgery. His is Chief of Plastic Surgery and Vice Chief of the Department of Surgery for JacksonNorth Medical Center, a 382-bed acute care hospital in the Jackson Healthcare System. Dr. Rubinstein is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at NOVA Southeastern University, clinical faculty for the Department of Plastic Surgery at Florida InternationalUniversity (FIU) School of Medicine, and clinical faculty for the Cleveland Clinic Plastic Surgery Residency Program in Florida.
