Orders over $150 placed during our Pre Order Event will ship free of charge in the continental U.S until June 30,2023. After that date, orders over $200 will ship for free in the continental U.S For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada (not including duty and taxes), these rates can be calculated on our shipping calculator.

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If you would like to return your order, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Portal

Orders are processed at the end of each business day. The warehouse is closed on weekends and national holidays, so any orders placed on those days will be processed on the next business day.

If you requested custom embroidery on your scrub top, this can take up to 7 business days depending on volume. Once your item(s) are completed your package will ship in 2-3 business days. Shipping time will depend on your location.
